Registration for the Summer Camp and Specialized Training Summer Camp are accepted on a first come first serve bases. All campers must download the forms below and send their non refundable deposit to the address listed. Due to dormitory constraints, late registrations could result in campers not getting preferred dormitory or roommate.
All confirmations will be send via email address submitted on your registration forms. Please be sure to print legibly and check your email for reminders and updates.
2019 SUMMER CAMP REGISTRATION
1. Fill out packet including Registration Form, Medical Form, and Liability Form ( the packet downloaded includes all components)
2. Mail a copy of your campers most recent physical from his/her pediatrician
3. Mail a non refundable deposit of $500 or pay in full. The total fee should be paid by June 1st
4. Upon receipt and payment, additional information and updates will be EMAILED to families as camp approaches
Be sure to indicate whether you are staying on campus or elsewhere.
Enclose nonrefundable deposit for each registered camper.
Once your application is received and processed, a confirmation packet with additional information will be mailed to you.
